Terms and Conditions — 388game Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 388game ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the 388game website at 388game.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, VIP programmes and any promotional offers.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 388game you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from any gaming platform, including 388game itself.

• You must not register or attempt to register on behalf of another person.
• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party or using another person's payment method without that person's explicit consent.

388game applies strict age verification procedures. The platform may request government-issued identity documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence — at any point to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Access to the platform and processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of age verification.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual — are not permitted and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You must provide a valid email address, accurate personal details and a secure password when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. 388game will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

388game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be asked to verify your identity, address and payment method at any stage. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed, games played and deposits made. 388game cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You should use a strong, unique password and must not share your login details with any other person.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 388game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer — conventional bank-to-bank deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. 388game does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider if you are unsure.

Deposits made to 388game are intended solely for the purpose of gaming. The platform reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large or unusual deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction will result in account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your account. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have completed any applicable account verification requirements and met the wagering conditions associated with any active bonus. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.
• Standard processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• VIP members at qualifying tier levels receive priority withdrawal processing, which reduces processing times.
• 388game reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the account. This is to prevent fraud and money laundering.

If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, you will be notified with an explanation. Common reasons include incomplete KYC documentation, unmet wagering requirements, suspected fraudulent activity or a mismatch between the account holder and the payment method owner.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

388game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. 6.2 Bonus Validity

6.3 Bonus Abuse

388game monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

6.4 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
• 388game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, 388game reserves the right to correct the error and credit the accurate amount.

7. Gameplay Rules

388game offers a range of game types including slots, live casino, bingo and instant-win games. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 388game cannot reverse a bet that has been accepted and processed by the game engine.
• Game outcomes in slots, live casino and bingo are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes. 388game does not manipulate outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue before a round is completed, the round will be settled based on the game state at the point of interruption. The resolution method varies by game type and is handled by the game provider's system.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script or external tool to interact with games. Any account found using such tools will be immediately suspended.
• The use of VPN or proxy services to obscure your location or identity while using 388game is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

8. Sports Betting

The sports betting section of 388game covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other selected markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets are subject to acceptance by 388game. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including during periods of high traffic or where unusual betting patterns are detected on a particular market.

8.2 Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means results as confirmed by the ICC, PCB or the relevant tournament authority. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 388game's decision following review of available official sources will be final.

8.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, an event is postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

8.4 In-Play Betting

Where in-play (live) betting is available, odds update in real time to reflect match conditions. 388game may suspend in-play markets temporarily at any point — particularly around key moments such as wicket falls in cricket or goals in football. Bets placed while markets are suspended will not be accepted.

8.5 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, competition and bet type. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at that maximum.

9. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

388game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for deposits that have been legitimately processed and wagered.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with games or place bets.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false personal information or impersonating another individual.

388game uses automated systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious account activity. Where an account is flagged for review, access may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is conducted. Players will be notified of any restriction applied to their account and given the opportunity to respond where appropriate.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Changes to These Terms

388game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the new Terms take effect, either by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or updates to reflect new features — may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of 388game after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
